William D. Huysers, 29, was charged with distribution and storing child porn and illegal weapons possession, Passaic County Sheriff Richard H. Berdnik said.

An investigation led police Wednesday to Huysers's Lincoln Avenue home, where Berdnik said they found 30 files of child porn on his computer, plus a program for sending and receiving files.

While searching his bedroom, detectives discovered a removable wall in his closet with three rifles, a shotgun and a high-capacity magazine, the sheriff said.

Huysers was not allowed to have firearms because of a 2004 burglary conviction, Berdnik said.

He was being held at Passaic County Jail on $150,000 bail, the sheriff said.

"This investigation yielded not only ... someone involved in child pornography, but an individual with illegal weapons," Berdnik said. "[We] will continue to investigate and arrest individuals involved in the exploitation of children."
